Qatar Business Visa

If you have one of the countries above citizenship and work for a (or will work for) Qatari company, then you’re eligible for a Qatar business visa. The company is the one responsible for organizing business visas for its workers. This type of visas’ validity is 2 week extendable to 2 other weeks (or more, it depends on the circumstances). If your stay in Qatar surpassed 4 weeks on a business visa, you’ll need an exit visa in order to leave.

Qatar Work Visa

Qatar work visas have a validity of 1-3 months. They are normally organized by your employer in Qatar. Before applying to a Qatar work visa you will need to get a certificate of good conduct, more details on this can be found at Police Clearance Certificates for Qatar. After having arrived to Qatar, your company has to get you a work visa and a resident permit to enable you to work and live there. You’ll need to provide/do the following in order to get the work visa and resident permit:

– A normal blood test and a blood type test
– Fingerprinting
– Health check
– Chest X-ray

We recommend performing the above tests in the Doha Clinic situated at the Mirquab Al Jadeed Street. Added to that, you might have to get a global health checkup before coming Qatar.

In order to be sponsored by your employer, you have to have worked for him for at least 2 years. Your employer can also block you from coming to Qatar for 2 years.

Qatar Visit Visa

If you have relatives working in Qatar, you can ask them to sponsor you and get you a Qatar visit visa. This type of visas is valid for an initial 1 month that can be extended to up to 6 months (immediate family) and up to 3 months (other family relatives). If you’re a wife or a child, then the visa can be extended to up to 1 year.
You will need the following documents in order to be able to get the visit visa to qatar:

– 2 photographs
– Birth/marriage certificate (to prove your relationship to the sponsor)
– A letter from your sponsor
– Copy of passport
– Copy of id

In order to apply for sponsorship, your relative needs to deposit his application at the Gharaffa immigration department.

Qatar Family Visa

If you work in Qatar, you can sponsor your family to come and live with you. This is different from a visit visa as a family visa doesn’t have an expiration date and your family will be able to live in Qatar as long as you sponsor them. The family sponsor has to arrange his family’s residence permit in advance. The application has to be deposited at the Department Of Labor situated at the C Ring Road. The sponsor needs to provide the following documents:

– Passport photos of the sponsor, the spouse and children
– Certified children’s birth certificates, education certificates and marriage certificates.
– Bank statement of 6 months’ salary
– Approval letter from work

Another alternative would be applying for a visit visa for your family then converting it to a residence permit once they arrive.

Due a change in the labor law for working women, women now are able to sponsor their children and husbands.

Qatar GCC Resident Visa

If you’re a GCC resident, you might be able to get an on boarder point visa. The reason why we used the word “might” would be that getting this visa entirely depends on your job. If your profession figures in this list, then you’ll be granted the on arrival Qatar GCC resident visa without problems, but if not, you’ll have to apply for it before arriving in Qatar the normal way.

Oman EMPLOYMENT VISA

It is granted at the request of a local sponsor and on his responsibility to the foreigner coming to Oman for employment and whose age is not below 21 years old. The Visa shall be as follows:

  • Validity of the visa: Within three months from the date of issuance.
  • Valid for extension and multiple entries.
  • Fees: 20 Omani Riyals.
  • Fines for late renewal: (50) fifty Omani Riyals for each month.

Conditions:
The sponsor must be a local one with full legal capacity, and be responsible for the truth of the information given in the application form.

  • The person for whom the employment visa is requested shall not be below 21 or above 60 calendar years.
  • The person shall be of the same sex as stated in the labour permit, which was issued by the Directorate General of Labour Affairs.
  • The occupation for which the visa is requested must be identical to the one stated in the labour permit.

Required attachments:
Submitting the electronic application form available through the website, to be endorsed and stamped by the sponsor, and to be typed in Arabic for Arab nationals and in English for Non-Arab nationals, enclosing the following documents:

  • Two photographs size (4X6) cm.
  • Copy of the foreigner’s passport, provided it is valid for a period not less than six months.
  • The original labour permit issued by the Ministry of Manpower and a copy thereof with each application form.
  • In case the application is presented by someone other than the sponsor, the representative must be Omani and holding a written authorisation issued from the Directorate General of Passport & Residence as per the sponsor’s request.
  • A medical fitness certificate issued for citizens of some countries specified as follows by the Ministry of Health (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Ethiopia); certificate must be endorsed by the Ministry of Health.
  • Copy of the approval of the concerned authority for specific professions such as: Educational professions, Religious professions, Media professions, Medical, ….etc

WORK VISA PROCEDURES IN KUWAIT

After received the work visa the sponsor should send visa to the employee in his home country . The employee must provide a medical report form the Kuwait consulate recognised Clinics to prove that their general state of health is good and that they are free of specific epidemic diseases mainly tuberculosis or HIV/AIDS.
If there is no Kuwait embassy representation in the employee’s home country, the sponsor will obtain an entry permit from the Ministry of Interior in Kuwait and have it sent to the employee

After Received the visa and NOC from your Sponsor some procedures are to be done in India, , first go for Medical test in Kuwait Embassy approved Medical center, for medical original visa required [ Medical blood and X-ray test are compulsory] and take PCC [Police Clearance Certificate] from the Regional passport office. Please remember that your Passport validity is more than six months required.

For visa stamping from Kuwait Consulate in India you can approach to any authorized travel agents with the following documents:-

Saudi Employment Visa:

We shall submit the following documents in the prescribed format to the Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai, for the purpose of “APPROVAL”

  • Wakkala – (Power of Attorney)
  • Receipt of Visa fee paid (Both mentioned above required in original)
  • C.R Copy of the shop/company / Iqama Copy of the Sponsor – Not compulsory, but if available
  • If candidate’s name is mentioned in Wakkala, passport of that candidate in Original

Normally the consulate replies to the “inquiry” in 7-15 days. They should mention the name of the panel doctor also from where the candidate has to undergo medical examination.
The “Fit” report from the doctor, along with the passport(s), 5 passport size colour photographs (instant and black & white photographs are not acceptable at the consulate, and along with the payment towards ticket fare.
Note: All old passports available, is compulsory, but if the old passport is “lost”, then the new passport must complete 3 years from the date of issue of the passport.
If the person was previously served in KSA, his passport is to be submitted for Black List Checking. For which, the NOC in original with proper attestations, from the previous employer must be attached, or the candidate should have completed 3 years from the date or departure from the Kingdom

If the profession is:
Driver : License in original (Indian or Foreign or both)
Technicians : Concerned Diploma / Degree Certificate and Mark lists in Original along with SSC, HSC Certificates (all set) in original
Engineers : B. tech Certificate as per the profession and Mark lists in Original along with SSC, HSC Certificates (all set) in original

Note: Certificates required HRD attestation from Delhi, External affairs ministry, which we will arrange For stamping for a non-Muslim candidate and if the category is Labour, Watchman, Driver, Cook, Housemaid, must obtain a letter (need original for submitting to the Consulate) from the Sponsor requesting The Consulate general to endorse the particular visa for the non-Muslim candidate.

  • We shall submit the passports along with the ticket, to the Consulate for Visa Endorsement.
  • We expect the delivery of the passport, after visa endorsement, within 7-15 days.
  • For those candidates, whose passport needs to clear the Emigration, we will get the same in one day.

Saudi Family Joining (Residence) Visa Processing

We shall submit the following documents in the prescribed format to the Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai, for the purpose of “APPROVAL”

  • Passport Copy of the Sponsor of the Visa

Saudi Re-Entry Extension

Expired re-entry visa must renew within one month of the date of expiry, otherwise consulate may reject the passport.

Document Attestation - K.S.A for Marriage and Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate and Birth certificate can be attested from the Royal Consulate at Mumbai – for which original certificate must be produced. It should be either in English or in Arabic, otherwise required translation.
Normally consulate takes 5-10 days for attestation

Document Attestation - K.S.A for Degree / Diploma Certificate

Degree and Diploma certificates can be attested only from Delhi Embassy. For the purpose, it should first get attested from the H R Department (HRD) of External affairs ministry. It requires the original certificate, and all mark lists passport copy, 3 colour photographs, and Iqama copy if available.
Normally takes 15-20 days for attestation

Saudi Arabia, Delhi Embassy
Processing Saudi Employment Visa Processing:

We shall submit the following documents in the prescribed format to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, Delhi, for the purpose of “APPROVAL”
